Francesca Peskops
As the Creative Director it is Francesca’s role to inspire the team to come up with the big idea. She thrives on original thinking and understands great concepts spark from clever insight.
With a marketing background, Francesca has a deep understanding of the evolving brand space and takes a targeted approach to building event strategy. A passion for storytelling and creating experiences that intimately connect with audiences are what make her unique.
When Francesca isn’t creating events, you’ll find her indulging her passion for art, food and fashion. A storyteller at heart, she knows no matter the medium, a narrative hook has the power to open the heart.
Alastair Paterson
As the Event Director Alastair’s technical and production expertise is the balance to Francesca’s artful strategy. He translates the ideas conjured up by the team and shapes them into an event.
With strong experience in hospitality Alastair has a client perspective to everything he does, and builds commercial event solutions. He is a future-forward thinker and is always on the lookout for new ideas and innovations to add a fresh interpretation.
Alastair loves performing art and seeing talent on stage. He is inspired by a blank space coming to life and telling a story through a choreography of lights, sets, costumes and actors all playing a part.
